NEW SATELLITE OFFICE IS NOW OPEN in the TERMINAL BUILDING

On March 8, 2011, staff from the City of Rochester's NSC (Neighborhood Service Center) has opened a satellite office in the Terminal Building (on the 1st floor, in the old ticket office, to the right of Cheeburger, Cheeburger.

Hours: Every Tuesday
1pm-5pm

This will provide residents and business owners alike with the opportunity to meet with members of the Northwest Quadrant NSC staff to address any issues you might have in your neighborhood. They can answer your questions about services, help you find a solution to a problem on your street and work with existing organizations/partners to get issues resolved. You can inquire about code compliance, licensing and quality of life issues in Charlotte.

Thank you to NW Administrator Pete Saxe for arranging this opportunity to once again have a close-by and direct pipeline to city staff who can help us continue to be pro-active in resolving problems and quality of life issues in our neighborhood.
