EMAIL LETTER FROM EDGEWATER RESOURCES
REGARDING THE
SECOND ROUND OF SMALL GROUP STAKEHOLDER WORKSHOPS AND SITE TOURS

May 30, 2014

To: Charlotte Community Members
From: Gregory J. Weykamp, ASLA, / LEED AP
President, Principal
Edgewater Resources, LLC

Good Afternoon! We’d like to announce a few additions to the www.waterfrontrochester.comwebsite this week.

The second round of Small Group Stakeholder Workshops and Site Tours are now listed on the website. Please join us for a session and encourage your friends and other interested community members to do so as well. This round of meetings will include 17 sessions at various times of day, including 11 sessions scheduled in the evening and on Saturday. You can sign-up on the website under the “Workshop Registration” tab.

If you haven’t already done so, please complete the Visual Preference Survey on the website under the “Visual Survey” tab. You can view the 27 images and let us know how you feel about the scale, design, and character of each image as it relates to your hopes for Charlotte. All comments can be sent using the message form below the images.

We have also added a new tab on the website labeled “Authenticity,” which provides links to recent media coverage of the Edgewater Resources project in Saint Joseph, MI. These are articles by independent news and commentary outlets and are posted to provide more information about our firm and our commitment to quality projects.

Thanks again for your interest in this project and your community. I would appreciate your help in sharing this information with the community through your websites, and would appreciate it if you had any suggestions on how we can get the word out.
